Cynthia Peffers, ACA, BC-HIS  has been serving the needs of the hearing impaired since 1982.

She founded Creekside Hearing Aid Service in 1998. As well as holding the required license to dispense hearing aids, Cynthia is also Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences and has earned the distinction of Audioprosthologist after completing the required curriculum.

She is a member of the International Hearing Society and  held the office of President for the Hearing Healthcare Providers of California from 2006 to 2010.

She serves on the Legislative Committee where she takes the time to testify at the capitol in Sacramento to promote quality care, as well as protecting the rights of the hearing impaired.

She has organized and participated in humanitarian projects in Mexico and Peru, fitting thousands of donated hearing aids to those who were otherwise unable to acquire help. Her commitment to service is evident through her business practice and through her community involvement with the Vacaville Rotary Club, who presented her with the “Service Above Self” award in 2004. Cynthia takes pride in providing quality, personal service to her patients and their families through counseling and education.

Creekside Hearing Aid Service was established in 1998. Our staff is committed to giving our patients the best hearing care possible and to serve as a guide in making hearing health care decisions that will improve one’s quality of life.

We specialize in audiometric testing, hearing aid evaluations, fitting of advanced hearing systems, and counseling.

We are pleased to participate with most insurance plans and offer financing. Please discuss any specific requests or needs you may have with us.

Hearing Aid Dispenser Trainee (Lic# HT 8954) • Service Technician •                          Billing Specialist • Community Relations Representative

Laura joined our staff at Creekside Hearing Aid Service in 2005, starting out as receptionist.  She took an interest in the hearing healthcare profession and wanted to become more involved with helping patients and hearing aid care.  Since 2006, Laura has been our Service Technician- cleaning, servicing, and repairing hearing aids in office.  She also handles all of the medical and insurance billing, and acts as our Community Relations Representative- forming partnerships with local health professionals.  Laura is currently a Hearing Aid Dispenser Trainee and a California licensed Emergency Medical Technician.
